Location: 155 Sandford Fleming Drive
There’s more to Habitat for Humanity than just building. Habitat is a people-to-people organization forming partnerships with community leaders, builders, suppliers, volunteers and families; and together we provide simple housing in partnership with local low income families. This gives families the opportunity to achieve strength, self-reliance and stability through affordable homeownership. We serve the Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Clearview (Stayner, Creemore, Duntroon, Nottawa, New Lowell) regions to ensure hardworking families in need of affordable housing have a decent place to live.
Come out to our After 5 - Thurs. Nov 19th at 5pm and learn more about Habitat for Humanity and the Habitat ReStore as well – a retail outlet that sells recycled and new building materials, hardware, furniture and appliances to the public at bargain prices. New material is donated by business partners. Profits from sales are used to build more homes for low income families in your community. The Habitat ReStore will be the host of the meeting, with 8,000 sq ft of retail space, there’s plenty of room to explore while keeping your social distance, but also allow members to network with their fellow members.
Attendance is limited to 25 people.
