After 5- Men With Knives

Please join us on September 19th for the next "Apres After 5" hosted by Men with Knives Catering.

Men with Knives Catering has been an active part of the community for over a decade feeding clients at local festivals and schools, wedding venues, private homes, corporate offices, Alpine Ski Club as well as their home location 'The Larder'.  Men with Knives Catering is locally owned and operated and offers ample year round employment opportunities as part of both the catering team and Alpine Ski Club crew. This summer welcomed Head Chef Travis Barron to their team to help them continue to move to the next level. Their food philosophy, other than a love of food and wanting to share this with others, is at heart globally inpired and locally sourced. 

Newly expanded this summer, Men with Knives welcomes the Chamber of Commerce to The Larder & Lounge. A unique event space located within town that can hold 100 people for private functions and events. Guests can enjoy the cocktail lounge followed by visiting the banquet hall and exhibition area that has been recently unvieled. Currently host to an art exhibit for local artists Steve McDonald and Roxana McDonald, clients will enjoy the energy and flow of the space. 
 
As we gear up for winter, members can enjoy a selection of canapes from our apres menu such as Korean Fried Chicken and Tofu Sliders, Spice Bags, Boiled Peanuts, French Onion Soup Shooters and Vegetable Crudite with Edamame Hummus.  In addition our bar team with feature cocktails and mocktails in the lounge. 

This fall and winter you can find them at Alpine Ski Club and at The Larder & Lounge.

All After Five guests will be entered in to a draw for a delicious dinner for ten
